Refresh to my SMP after 5 years. I am so happy with the results. Lesley is professional and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I am an older lady and my hair is patchy and thin. SMP has filled the gaps perfectly. This has boosted my confidence. Thanks you Lesley x - 5/15/2026

Leslie was brilliant to deal with start to finish.I’m So happy with the results, I was receding so, scalp micropigmentation had always been an idea I had toyed with, but I don’t think I’ve invested my money in anything better for my appearance, confidence or look. The service was incredible.I was also so happy with the interaction. The session felt like a chat with an old friend, super comfortable and funny. Can’t recommend Leslie higher. If you have ever considered it, send the message. Life changing. - 5/12/2026

I recently had my hair tattoo done by Lesley and honestly she was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable the whole time, explained everything clearly, and her attention to detail was amazing. The results have come out even better than I expected and I’m genuinely so happy with it. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I’d highly recommend Lesley to anyone thinking about getting SMP done. - 5/11/2026

Lesley is amazing! Aside from being a beautiful human who is easy to talk to, she really cares about her clients and their results.I found Lesley after some Instagram searching for hair tattooing to mask hair thinning. I came across Lesley and she answered multiple questions with zero pressure to book in. And I’m very happy with my results. Will be recommending to everyone 🙂 - 5/09/2026

Couldn’t be happier with my experience getting SMP done by Leslie. From the start, she took the time to design a hairline that actually fits my head shape—not some generic template—and matched the pigment perfectly to my skin tone. The level of detail and precision she puts into her work is on another level. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right.I was referred to Leslie by a friend, but I also did a lot of research on my own before choosing where to go. After looking into multiple places, she stood out immediately by how easy she was to deal with—no pressure at all, just clear information, flexible scheduling, and quick responses to any questions I had.I originally went in just wanting to fix a bald line on the back of my head, which she absolutely nailed. What I didn’t expect was how natural and realistic the front hairline would look. It completely exceeded my expectations.During the sessions, she’s also fun, easy to talk to, and plays the best music! which makes the whole experience way more comfortable. She is definitely the person to go to for SMP.Thank you Leslie! - 5/04/2026

I recently went to see Lesley to get some female hairline filler as I've always hated the wispy hair around my hairline. I didn't even know female SMP existed until my hairdresser recommended it. I can't believe how natural it looks and just makes my hair look thicker and fuller, I love it. Thanks Lesley, I'll be sending all the girls your way x - 10/27/2025

I had the pleasure of getting my SMP touch up at Hairline Solutions by Senior SMP technician Art East. Art and his partner Lisa Millington a cosmetic tattooist made the whole experience relaxing rewarding and after seeing the results Dam exciting. It was an awesome morning meeting these two professionals and knowing that any fears or anxiety disappeared straight away. The whole procedure was pain free from start to finish and i could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Art and Lisa from Hairline Solutions for any SMP or Cosmetic Tattooing treatment. Pop in and see their work it speaks for itself, you won’t be disappointed. - 9/20/2023

I had my SMP done by Aaron, after the first session I asked why the dots were so big and why the hairline was crooked. He said it wasn’t. Second session 2 days later and I asked again if the dots looked big he said no. He did agree the hairline was crooked and tried to fix it. I ended up going to someone else to get it fixed. He told me Aaron often goes too deep when placing the pigment and that he had fixed a lot of Aaron’s work. I wanted a softer hairline and Aaron isn’t the best at those I was told. - 9/16/2023

I was searching for a course to learn SMP and after doing extensive due diligence I came across Aaron of Hairline Solutions. From the start by talking to Aaron I realised he was the real deal: full of SMP experience and knowledge. Nothing like anyone I’ve come across in Australia. I decided to enrol to his training and wow… I couldn’t have made a better choice. The level of teaching, professionalism, great support, the SMP course structure making all subjects so digestible… and the great amount of practice with real models under the supervision of Aaron and his incredible team. World class SMP training! I can only say I’ve been very lucky to learn from arguably the best SMP artist in Australia and most likely one of the best in the world today. Recommending his school? A must for anyone wanting to become a great SMP artist. Thank you Aaron and all your team at Hairline Solutions. If 6 start rating was a thing I would have given you just that! - 3/15/2022

I reached out to Hairline Solutions in Dec 21 and Aaron messaged me back very promptly. We discuss modelling for one of his workshops in Jan 22. Great experience from the get go, everyone was super friendly and knowledgable. I had a few reservations and questions but all were answering very thoroughly. Following on from my sessions I’m extremely happy with the result! (Before and after) I may look grumpy but I’m really not 🙂 Thanks Team Hairline Solutions!!! - 3/15/2022

Writing on behalf of my partner who was very impressed with Aaron’s professionalism and knowledge. Aaron also knows the value of great customer service. - 2/16/2022

I know a few people who have had their hair done by Aaron and this is what prompted me to want to only learn from the master himself. He is truly the best at what he does and teaches. Myself & my partner did the SMP training with Aaron and we are so beyond happy with everything. We went In total newbies and Aaron & Jana worked with us to make sure we left with the skills to succeed in the SMP industry. This training is next level. I would absolute recommened everyone thinking of doing SMP to get training by the master himself! There is so much to learn and it's all done in such a comfortable and fun environment. Aaron is very, very knowledgeable, funny & patient. He is a natural born teacher. Made my time there bloody exceptional. I'm glad I did my research and it led me to Hairline Solutions. Too many bad trainers (who have no idea what they are doing) in the industry. Don't go to anyone else. Trust me. Cannot wait to get my career kicking off & be successful! and it's all thanks to Aaron & Jana. Appreciate everything you guys have done. Total legends. -T - 12/15/2021

I started losing my hair about 2 years ago and had my SMP treatment done by one of Aaron's students about a year ago now. They are very well trained and my treatment turned out awesome! Most people don't know it's SMP treatment and just think it's my natural hairline. The service they provide is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. - 12/15/2021

My partner and I just completed our SMP training with Aaron and we couldn't be happier! Aaron and the team at Hairline solutions, in my opinion, are world class. Their wealth of knowledge, experience and attention to detail is second to none. Aaron has carefully constructed a course that covers all aspects of the industry and provides his students with an amazing environment that is hands on, supportive and welcoming. Any concerns or apprehension about the process were quickly swept away as we got into our work and with Aaron and Jana's careful guidance we all left feeling very proud of our progress. We can't recommend Hairline solutions enough, and if you are at all thinking of learning the art of SMP, look no further than here. Thanks heaps Guys! -Dan - 12/15/2021

I just finished my SMP treatment at hairline Solutions. A huge thanks to Aaron and Jana for the fantastic job they did. Not having a proper hairline for more than 20 years and seeing the finished article is just phenomenal. The training and support they offer is very professional and I would definitely recommend hairline Solutions to anyone. I used to dislike my appearance at times but now I'm loving it. I just wish I did this sooner - 12/15/2021

I have been thinning for approximately 10 years. Aaron gave me the opportunity to be a model for the SMP training school. I am so happy with the results. I feel like a totally new person. Aaron is such a professional person and a pleasure to deal with. - 12/15/2021

Thankyou to Aaron and his amazing crew for giving me my confidence back. 7 days after my treatment and everything has settled beautifully and I could not be happier with the job that was done. Mine was done by one of his students through his SMP academy and the level of competence they all had from the get go and how professionally it was done proves how good this man really is. It can be a scary feeling going into something like this but Was made to feel right at home. And I think if you beat him in an arm wrestle you might get get a discount, thanks again guys - 12/15/2021

Aaron and his team are amazing. Great skill and energy in this place. The level of professionalism this business provides is outstanding. The results are amazing and they exceeded my expectations. Thankyou again for your outstanding work. Will definitely be recommending. - 12/15/2021

One of the best thing I have ever done and I highly recommend it to anyone else in my situation. Both Aaron and Jana are lovely people, great to deal, entirely professional and accommodating in very way. Plus the results are absolutely amazing. Totally realistic, so much so I have people ask my why I shave my hair. - 12/15/2021

Aaron and the team are the best in the business. Friendly professional and able to deliver natural results. I did a lot of research before hand and had plenty of reservations given how closely i interact with customers at work. I couldn't be happier with the results. My advice is dont spend valuable years Thinking about it. Get a consult and chat to someone who has had tgis done. Thanks again guys. - 12/15/2021

Words can never say what Aaron, Jana and Hairline Solutions have done for me, for my confidence, just giving back a hairline I haven't had since 18!!! I can never thank you enough for changing my life, SMP for me was painless, enjoyable and Hairline Solutions are top of their game!!! - 12/15/2021

Amazing experience. Many thanks to Aaron ,Jana and Bianca. Everything was better than expected with impressive results. The entire procedure was pain free .The atmosphere and people make you feel real special , almost.like a family. Thank you one more time guys and good luck with everthing you do. After many attempts with other companies I can easily recommend as the most profesional hair solution bussiness in Australia. 5 stars - 12/15/2021

Jana and Aaron are SMP Super Stars, very happy with results. I hesitated for a couple of years until I met Aaron who convinced me that I should get it done. Highly recommended. - 12/15/2021

Being in the hair industry for 35years, i have decided to sit in Aarons traning acadamy, i have researched lots of SMP training courses, i must say these guys are the best. I like the approach and the results they achieved for there clients. What a great 5 day Master class, thankyou Aaron and Jana for your teachings and exculsive tips that make you the best - 12/15/2021

I wish I had of found hairline solutions before I had my treatment done, I had it done from from another place in Burleigh and thought the guy was going to do a great job. I’ve never been so wrong it was patchy and just look awful and about the 3rd day , Arron and one of his students fixed it for me free of charge and the service I got there was absolutely fantastic. Thank you hairline solutions for being the professional business that you are, and thank you Arron for holding the upmost care and passion that I’ve ever experienced!!! - 12/15/2021

After watching YouTube for about a year I met someone in pac fair who referred me to Arron and Hairline Solutions, Arron and Jana are a great team. They help me with my concerns and after two treatments I asked for a very light hairline so not to have the big dot look to which they did a brilliant job and have now found a need to darken it up. Aaron has been super helpful and flexible with me getting in to do an extra session these guys are ridiculously positive and it’s a great atmosphere to go into. After looking up before photos and looking at photos now or even in the mirror I would 100% do it all over again and I highly recommend it to all my friends. - 12/15/2020

I had a great experience with both Aaron and Jana. They're both extremely good at what they do and really go the extra mile to attain the desired hairline and hair density you are after. I had two full sessions and a breif third follow up (which was covered under the years warranty) to go over my crown where my softer skin didn't hold the ink as well as expected. I couldn't be happier with the results! Everyone I know thinks I have a full head of hair and that I just keep my hair buzzed for a clean, crisp look. 5 stars - 12/15/2020

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! I had long hair that went halfway down my back before the treatment and I was ready to loose the locks but my thinning and bald patches worried me because if I cut my hair I could no longer hide it with a “man bun”. Aaron invited me in to have a look at the treatment being done so I could see it first hand and I was instantly sold. Jana did my treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results, I’m getting more compliments then I’ve ever received and when I tell people it’s a tattoo they are totally shocked and can’t believe how real it looks. I now have more confidence then I have ever had before. Aaron and Jana you guys are absolute legends! - 12/15/2020

Aaron and Jana are amazing! Such a professional And enjoyable experience from the start to finish. Hairline Solutions are the best of the best! I could not never have imagined how great this has made me feel! Thankyou so much! The amazing thing is even my kids did not know I had my head tattooed. So natural and looks incredible! - 12/15/2020

I looked everywhere for a scalp pigmentation course. I come across Aaron and flew from Adelaide to take part in the course. I honestly feel like a different person. Aaron installs you with so much confidence within your self. Aaron and Jana are so kind, welcoming and make you so comfortable to be there. I basically skipped walking around after my first day because I was so happy and excited. I learnt alot and got to experience so many different things.. the happiness I saw in clients when they left made me so excited to be choosing this career. I can't thank Aaron enough. If thinking of somewhere to go for your hair or your course you will not regret it. - 12/15/2020

Very happy with my decision to get my smp treatment done by Aaron at hairline solutions. Extremely professional service from the first phone call I had with Aaron, and his work shows why he is the best in the business when it come to smp treatment. Couldn’t recommend hairline solutions enough. - 12/15/2020

Aaron is so welcoming (even has had SMP himself). I had the ever professional Jana for the life changing procedure and I tell you what...it is absolutely worth it. Her skill is amazing. My family are so amazed, even some sceptics who did not understand SMP have had their own perspectives blown away. I feel so much confident and younger. 2 sessions over 4 days and a couple of days to fully heal. I'm a changed man. Thank you guys for changing this Kiwi boy for the better. - 12/15/2020

Aaron and Jana are absolutely amazing to work with. They are incredibly well priced (much more cost effective than transplant) and the results are incredible. The attention to detail and experience is what delivers such great results. Beyond that - they really care for their clients The procedure is pain free and the results are instantaneous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - 12/15/2020

I've recently had my treatment with Hairline Solutions and I'm over the moon with the results. At first I was a little nervous that something would go wrong, however after meeting Aaron on the first session you soon realise he's a TOTAL professional from start to Finish. I'd like to thank Hairline Solutions for their expertise in creating my new look.. - 12/15/2020

I trained with Aaron again after training elsewhere because I didn’t like the techniques etc of the other place. I can honestly say that Aaron is a phenomenal trainer and SMP artist! His clients ( and mine ) love the natural results from his techniques to ensure a happy and satisfied customer. The customer care provided during and after SMP treatments are things Aaron ( and we ) prides himself on. You are an amazing person Aaron! Never known anyone to love his job as much as this fella!!! - 12/15/2019

Aaron is an absolute artist. Honestly, his work is immaculate and so natural looking. Really enjoyed the whole experience from our initial call until the final treatment. Been looking at this procedure since 2016, spent a lot of time researching and can state that Aaron is the best in this field. Game changer period. - 12/15/2019

I recently Visited This place and had a treatment done. Aaron was very professional, accommodating and very knowledgeable in this type of industry. He answered all my questions and explained everything throughely. I enjoyed his company over 2 sessions , throughout the procedure. The procedure can be time consuming but worth the results with minimum pain/tingles. The final result turned out amazing, it was done that good, that no one had noticed I had this treatment done, even got people commenting saying they love my new shaved head look. Aarons work is of a exceptional standard, that no other company's or copycats can match. Pricie wise, he charges very fair and doesnt exploit The hair loss industry and charge ridiculous amounts of money like the other company's do. I see some questionable reviews on here, I would question their authenticity ( 1 star reviews ) They seem to be made up. When your the best in the business and people try to be as good as Aaron, but they can't get to that level or are just jealous, usually fake reviews are made. With some perfect examples down below. On the Upside, anyone that is looking for a life changing/confidence appearance boost of themselves, I strongly recommend you get in contact with Aaron. I guarantee you will not be disappointed at all. Aaron is also a top bloke too. Thank you so much for everything Aaron!!! - 12/15/2019

I had seen an add for hairline tattoo and thought I decide to give it a try unfortunately i didn't look into it enough and had a session with a "reputable" business after my first session though i new I'd made a mistake.. I didn't receive any real insight into the process and my scalp seemed blotchy. I quickly gave them the flick This time i actually took the time to research and came across Aaron at hairline after our first phone conversation i felt at ease and booked in to his Melbourne clinic.. once there he was a total professional and explained in detail the procedure and promised he could fix the previous work I had done which he did. I really can't thank Aaron enough I'm so pleased with how it turned out and I'm looking and feeling fantastic.. i highly recommend Aaron 👍 - 12/15/2019

Had looked into the option of scalp micro pigmentation for about a year but wasn’t confident in it looking natural - that was until a Hairline Solutions customer received nationwide exposure, my wife was convinced it could look good after herself not being a fan. After meeting Aaron it felt like we’d been mates for ten years, easy going comfortable atmosphere for treatment and happy for questions. Very flexible with his initial setup and I’m absolutely amazed at the results. Loosing my hair was never an issue that concerned me too much but what I have now is amazing and would highly recommend Hairline Solutions to anyone. - 12/15/2019

Even after reading all of Aaron’s positive reviews, I was still very nervous about having SMP on myself. However Aaron is so skilled and knowledgeable in his field, he was able to put my mind at rest. I wanted a very subtle look. Arron did exactly what I had asked. My mother didn’t even notice that I had had it done. I am so pleased with the results and I would 100% recommend hairline solutions to anyone considering having SMP. - 12/15/2019

I underwent training with Aaron back in July in Fairfield Melbourne, and what a fantastic experience it was. So much was learned and absorbed perfectly. Aaron has years of experience and it really shows. Aaron really does have your best interest at heart and wants to see nothing but success come from his training courses. Thank you Aaron I’m very pleased. - 12/15/2019

After researching and speaking to many trainers and organisations, the decision was made to train with Aaron at Hairline Solutions. I cannot express how thorough and passionate he is about the SMP industry and setting a benchmark. He is still there to support me with any questions i may have to this day. I am glad i made the right decision from the start. Highly recommended! - 12/15/2019

Would definitely recommend! Aaron was an absolute top bloke and reassured me about the whole process from start to finish. Prices are great depending on the amount of hair loss you have and it’s fourtunate for even young fellas like myself who don’t have the expense of forking out large sums of $$ on incurable male pattern baldness. If you need any more proof - check out that Mike bloke from Married at First Sight, he too got his SMP at Hairline solutions. 🍻🤙🏼 - 12/15/2019

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Aaron is a master of SMP! He made the whole experience pleasant and gave me the results I was so hopeful of having! I feel like my old self again, I can’t thank Aaron enough! Anyone thinking of SMP I totally recommend Aaron at hairline solutions! - 12/15/2019

What a great decision, I had heard about SMP in the past but never thought it could look this good. Aaron is great to deal with, explained everything and made the two sessions an enjoyable experience. Should have done it years ago. 5 stars to Hairline Solutions 👍 - 12/15/2019

I got my treatment done in Mid June this year. All nerves were put at ease soon as I entered the clinic. Aaron is a 100% professional who delivered the result I wanted. Even before the treatment, Aaron rung me up and had a good 30min chat about what was involved. I went to my local barber for a beard trim after the treatment and he asked me if he had cut my hair. That is literally how good Aaron's work is. Anyone that is on here bagging him out are prob just a bunch of oxygen thieves with nothing better to do. Will Recommend Hairline Solutions to anyone looking for a boost to their self esteem. Best Regards, Paul. - 12/15/2018

I had my SMP treatment done by Aaron around a year ago now and I couldn't be happier with the results. Aaron's attention to detail and clean, precise work is what makes him the best in the business. I was sceptical at first but after seeing many examples of his work and plenty of happy clients willing to chat about the treatment. He spent a lot time with me before even starting to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted which I really appreciated. I just wish I had've done it a few years ago! - 12/15/2018

I've had Aaron look after me and he's done a great job. I live in Sydney but flew up and it was worth every cent. Walked away feeling like a new man. Aaron is meticulous with his work and knows how to treat everyone really well while you're having the treatment done! Highly recommended. - 12/15/2018

In the hair industry, I’m sure many of us went through a lot with their hair loss. For me, ever since I’ve heard about the SMP procedure & prior meeting Aaron & his Hairline Solutions, I went to this inexperienced guy who had basically destroyed my scalp - so had to spend a lot of money & time with laser tattoo removal & most importantly I almost had lost my confidence as well as my hope. I’ve always blamed myself for not doing the research before going to that inexperienced idiot and had to learn in a hard way. Few months later, I’ve started my research again and during my search, I did find few other so called “SMP professionals” as well as I’ve found Hairline Solutions aka Aaron Grundy. This time I went through my options really well and confidently put my trust with Aaron due to his complete honesty, wealth of experience & his long list of client references. Just had my sessions done with Aaron and I’ve never had this feeling with my hair previously and Aaron managed fix my old failed procedure really well. He certainly knows the magic and extremely well with his hands! So the bottom line is, do your research and I’m sure you will be ended up with Hairline Solutions as Aaron ticks all boxes including reasonable costing. To Aaron, mate, you’re a champ & I’m extremely happy with the outcome, more than I expected! - 12/15/2018

In simple term, Aaron knows the procedure better than anyone in this country. I couldn’t be any happier than where I’m now and more confident than ever. If you’re thinking of getting the procedure done, just have a chat with Aaron & check with his old clients to hear about his performance and then judge yourself. He helped a lot of guys out there, I’m one of them and truely grateful about it. - 12/15/2018

I had my work done 3 months ago and can’t speak highly enough of Aaron’s workmanship and professionalism . He thoroughly explained the procedure and put me at complete ease . The needle was painless and the end result brilliant . Aaron’s workmanship blended in so well with the existing hair , that family and friends couldn’t believe how good it looks .l have no problem recommending Aaron and Hairline solutions . I could not recommend aaron and hairline solutions more if I tried. Changed my life. Better confidence and self esteem instantly. Half the price of others, no excuses, nothing but top quality service and hes a legend of a man. I cannot believe any of these negative reviews come from anywhere legitimate, especially since I personally know dozens of others who have had the treatment from hairline solutions also. If you're unsure, Aaron even helps by bringing an older client or two into the clinic to see real results in person and not photoshopped pics. - 12/15/2018
